Please allow us to intorduce our selves, We are Michelle and Martin, we are the owners and operators of M&M Enterprsie. We operate a "Fair Food" concessions trailer based out of Meridian Idaho. Our signature product is "Deep Fried Cinnamon Rolls" but we have other menu items as well including but not limitted to, Finger Steaks, Pork Loin on a Stick, Dog Bites, Tater Tots and Deep Fried Fruit Turnovers. 

Our operation began in 2007 vending from a 10x10 tent, what started out as a way to make extra money has become a full time operation. The reception our product recieved was both suprising and profitable to us and event promoters. This has encouraged us to continue to expand. We have made significant upgrades to our operation including the purchase of a 2008 custom built 8x16 mobile kitchen. We are continuing to invest in our future to become a premier event concessionaire, we are purchasing additional signage and have continued to upgrade the kitchen including a second fryer and new refridgeration as well as expanding our menu so we can adjust to the ever changing environment.
